Ling Ly Tan

Ling holds a Masters of Applied Disability Studies from Brock University and a Psychology degree from York University. She became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in 2012 and has ten years of direct clinical experience providing Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) and Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) treatment for children & youth with autism and other developmental delays.
Ling has extensive clinical experience with assessment and program development that is designed to treat challenging behaviours, build communication (vocal, sign language & PECS) and functional life skills. Additionally, she has trained & supervised teams of therapists, coached parents and other professionals on evidence-based behavioural strategies to improve the quality of life for her clients.
As the Clinical Lead, Ling assists with the development and implementation of evidence-based treatment approaches, in addition to providing clinical guidance and mentorship to the behavioural intervention team.
In her spare time, Ling enjoys running, weightlifting and yoga. Ling is also a member of the Ontario Association for Behaviour Analysis (ONTABA) and the Association for Behaviour Analysis International (ABAI).
